These terms of service apply to you as a member, being a user or advertiser at NeoBux.As a registered user at NeoBux, you have confirmed you have read and understood the following terms and conditions of these Terms of Service.This Terms of Service (ToS) document is divided into the following areas:
本条款适用于NeoBux用户及广告商。本站之注册用户务必阅读并理解下述服务条款。

本条款文档分为以下部分：
1,FORUMS AND CHAT论坛及聊天
1.1. You have access to reading the forums, except for private areas.用户可阅读除私密区之外的论坛。
1.2. When registered and logged in, you can post new topics or polls and answer or vote in previously created ones in the Forum and you will be able to access the chat.用户注册并登入后，可于论坛发表新帖、（参与）投票或回复旧帖，可进入聊天。
1.3. You must respect other users in the Forum and in the Chat under the penalty of being banned from them if you don't.在论坛及聊天中，用户务必互相尊重，违者将予以惩罚。
1.4. You have the right to express yourself without offending other users.用户有权表达自我，但不可攻击他人。
1.5. All kinds of publicity, attempts to get referrals and money exchange/requests are prohibited in Forum posts and topics and in the Chat.论坛和聊天中禁止任何公开或试图拉下线、货币兑换的请求。

2,USER ACCOUNT用户帐号
2.1. As your password must be kept secret from others, we store it in an irreversible format. In the unlikely event of someone hacking into your account, we will not be held responsible. When you request your password, we will send you a new one to your email.用户须自行保护密码安全，密码存储格式为不可逆。如遇黑客侵入等意外情况，NeoBux概不负责。用户请求密码后，NeoBux会发送新密码至用户email。
2.2. You can only have one account. Any attempt to create more than one account will lead to the termination of all of them.用户帐号为单人单号。如一位用户试图创建多个帐号将导致所有帐号停用。
2.3. You can only view ads using one IP address within a 24 hours period. On the other hand, you can use multiple IP addresses to login. Any attempt to do otherwise may lead to the termination of your account.24小时内仅可在一个IP地址下浏览广告。不过，用户仍可使用多个IP地址登入。违反上述规则者帐号将被停用。
2.4. Your email addresses will not be shown, given or sold.用户email受保密，不会转予或出售。2.5. Accounts are not transferable.帐号间不可转换。2.6. NeoBux will not modify user account information based on user request.NeoBux不会基于用户要求变更其帐号信息。

3,REFERRALS推荐人
3.1. You may refer as many people as you want.用户可引荐不限数量的人成为其下线。
3.2. Every one of your referrals, as users, must share a unique personal and AlertPay email.每位下线作为NeoBux用户必须是独立的个人，并拥有AlertPay email。
3.3. You must not send unsolicited email or force anyone in any other way into becoming your referral. We will verify such incidents and they will result in account termination.用户万不可发送未经请求的email或以任何形式强迫他人成为其下线。若有发生经查实，该用户帐号将被停用。3.4. Bought referrals have a return policy. If, within 14 days one of your bought referrals does not click any advertisement, you will automatically get your referral exchanged with no additional charge and for unlimited times. This exchange policy is only for rented referrals and they will only be replaced when new ones are available.购买得到的下线可以被退还。假若14天内用户购买的下线从未点击广告，该下线将被自动替换，免费且不限次数。替换政策仅针对租用下线，且仅在NeoBux有新下线可用时有效。
3.5. You only earn from directly referred referrals being them referred by your directly or rented.用户仅可从直接下线或租用下线获得收入。
3.6. You can only buy referrals when they are available.用户仅可在有下线供应时购买下线。
3.7. The clicks you win from referrals are directly related to the clicks you make. The maximum you will receive is twice the clicks per referral on the day after your clicks. So, for example, if on average your referrals click 10 advertisements today you have to had clicked 5 advertisements on the previous day. The calculation used will be 'Maximum_Referral_Clicks_Today = (Your_Clicks_Yesterday * 2 * Number_of_Referrals)'. Once the limit is reached the referral clicks will cease to count.下线点击数与用户本人点击数直接关联。用户可以得到的最大下线点击数等于本人点击后次日每个下线点击数的两倍。故，如果今天想要得到其下线的10个广告点击，那么昨天该用户本人必须已经点击了5个广告。计算公式为：今日最大下线点击数=本人昨日点击数x2x下线人数。超过最大点击数的下线点击将被忽略。
3.8. A referral will never be able to modify the member who referred him.下线用户无法更改其上线。
3.9. Golden members will only earn the 10% from each referral if those referrals are directly referred by link or on the registration form.黄金会员可且仅可从其直接下线（通过下线链接或注册表格获得）赚取10%。

4,ANTI-CHEAT POLICY反作弊政策
4.1. Each attempt, in any way, to hack into the system will be logged.任何形式的黑客企图都将被系统记录。
4.2. Sometimes we will warn you, sometimes we will not. In either way, when you request payout, our monitoring system will analyze your actions and take it's own actions in return. Normally, attempts to hack the system will result in account termination.用户（因其作弊行为）有可能会被警告。另外，在该用户请款时，监测系统会分析其行为并作出判别。一般而言，黑客企图会导致帐号被停用。
4.3. We may or may not inform you that your account was terminated. In the first case, we will send you an email. In either case, you will be notified as soon as you try to use any of the services at NeoBux.用户可能会收到帐号停用的通知。一般通知会以email形式，用户在使用NeoBux服务时也会收到相应提示。

5,PAYMENTS TO USERS支付相关
5.1. All payments will be made via AlertPay. No other method of payment is available at this time.所有付款均通过AlertPay发送。目前尚未提供其他方式。
5.2. All payments will be made instantly upon request or within 48 hours after being requested if AlertPay services are down.所有付款将依用户之请求即时发送，如遇AlertPay服务故障，将在48小时内发送。
5.3. The minimum amount paid is $2,00 (two US dollars). This amount will change soon.最小支付金额为$2.00（2美元）。此金额即将更改。
5.4. You can only request one payment at a time.用户每次仅可请求一次支付。
5.5. We are responsible only for submitting your payment to AlertPay. Any action after that is to be handled by AlertPay's support.NeoBux仅对向AlertPay提交付款负责。之后的步骤乃是交由AlertPay工作人员处理。
5.6. You must have a correct and existing AlertPay email address. All payments will go directly to that user's email address.用户必须拥有正确有效的AlertPay email地址。所有付款将直接进入该email地址。
5.7. After requesting a payment, the user must wait 4 days before requesting another.提交请款后，用户必须隔4天后方可再次请求。

6,ADVERTISEMENTS广告6.1. We accept any kind of advertisement except for pages that break out of frames, have malicious code or redirect to another page.NeoBux可接受除破坏frame、安置恶意代码或重定向到其他页之外的任何网页广告。6.2. You, as a user, can only earn from each advertisement once each 24 hours.广告点击用户在24小时内仅可从同一广告获得一次收入。

7,PAYMENTS TO NEOBUX向NEOBUX付款
7.1. All payments are to be made using the links available at "your account". No other method of payment will be accepted.所有支付均应使用"your account"中的链接。其他方式概不接受。
7.2. All payments are non-refundable except as described in 3.4.所有付款，除3.4条款规定外，均不可退款。
7.3. Payments made to NeoBux are confirmed by your AlertPay email.向NeoBux的支付须得到用户的AlertPay email的确认。
7.4. Any payment made by another AlertPay email address will be referenced to the user that holds that account or, in the lack of a user, the payment will not be referenced.任何通过另一个AlertPay email地址产生的支付将被认为是拥有该帐号的用户所发出，如该用户不存在，该次支付将无从参考。

8,ACCOUNT TERMINATION帐号停用
8.1. As described above, we can terminate your account at any time for any of the reasons mentioned and without warning or notice.如上文述，NeoBux可在任何时间、以任何理由停止用户帐号而无须警告或通知。
8.2. All terminated accounts will have their balance reset and no refunds will be given.所有被停用的帐号都将被重设帐面收入且不予退款。
8.3. All terminated accounts will be archived and you cannot register using the same username or email addresses.所有被停用的帐号都将被归档，用户不可再次使用与其相同的用户名及email地址。
8.4. After 30 days of inactivity, your account will be cancelled.连续30日不活跃的用户帐号将被注销。

9,LIABILITY责任与义务
9.1. NeoBux will not be liable for any kind of delays or failures that are not directly related to NeoBux and therefore beyond our control.NeoBux不对任何不与NeoBux直接相关的及超出NeoBux控制范畴的延误负责。
9.2. NeoBux reserves the right to alter the Terms of Service at any time, including fees, special offers, benefits and rules, amongst others, and also reserves the right to cancel its services any time and without any notice.NeoBux保留在任何时间更改本服务条款的权利，（更改）包括费用、特惠、规则等，亦保留在任何时间终止其服务而无需通知的权利。
9.3. Neobux will not be held responsible for any of its users or advertisers. This also includes every supplier we depend on.NeoBux不对其任何用户或广告商负责，包括NeoBux依赖的供应商。
